Molecular Glue Discovery Partnership Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Laboratory Research Scientist to join our Molecular Glue Discovery Partnership at The Francis Crick Institute. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of systematic approaches to exploit endogenous protein degradation pathways and discover new molecular glues to induce degradation of proteins of interest.

As a member of our research team, you will be responsible for creating, validating, and executing proximity-based cell screens and cell-free assays for the identification and validation of molecular glue degraders. You will work closely with researchers to co-develop assays, plan and conduct large-scale screens balancing multiple distinct projects at different levels of development simultaneously.

This role requires a strong background in biochemistry, cell biology, and molecular biology, as well as experience in high-throughput screening (HTS) campaigns in either Pharma or academia. You should be able to maintain a productive dialogue with facility users and educate users in techniques and use of specific machines for high throughput screening.

Key Responsibilities:
