Casual Relief Lifeguard Positions
We are seeking exceptional individuals to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers at Loughborough University Swimming Pool. As a Relief Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our patrons and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and secure environment for swimmers
- Respond to emergencies and incidents in a calm and professional manner
- Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with our customers
- Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a high-quality service
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours
Shifts will include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holiday/closure days. You will be required to work on a relief basis, as and when required.
