We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our exceptional team at Holdcroft Motor Group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their needs and assisting them in finding the perfect vehicle.
- Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each model.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and maximise sales opportunities.
- Utilise your strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure customer commitment.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the automotive industry, including vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.
- Efficiently manage customer inquiries and follow up on leads to drive sales conversions.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge and understanding of a sales role within the motor trade.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Passionate about the motor industry and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
