About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assisting with medication management and healthcare tasks
  • Preparing meals and assisting with household chores
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a compassionate and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills. You will also need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
