About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our innovative and talented London and South East Division team as a Land Buyer. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in identifying and acquiring land and developmental opportunities, with a strong understanding of the commercial and residential property markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire sites for development in accordance with the company's land purchase programme
  • Manage internal stakeholders and external consultants to facilitate the smooth and timely delivery of development projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts in the industry
  • Conduct site visits and negotiations with vendors
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management

Requirements:

  • 2:2-degree (or above) in a relevant field such as Property Development and Planning, Real Estate, or Geography
  • Site acquisition experience in commercial corporate or agency
  • Project Management skills
  • Financial acumen, negotiation, and cost management skills
  • Technical and design development proficiency
  • Driving is an essential part of the role - a full driver's licence is required
