Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team, responsible for executing the team vision and ensuring tax governance and controls are delivered on time and in line with HMRC requirements. The role involves maintaining and developing a robust internal tax governance framework, operating and developing the Senior Accounting Officer regime process, Tax Judgement Forum, Tax Risk Register, and other tax governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute on team vision; Maintain and develop internal tax governance framework; Operate and develop Senior Accounting Officer regime process; Coordinate reporting on behalf of the tax team; Work closely with colleagues and senior leaders within Finance; Express opinions in a clear and professional manner;

Requirements:
Qualified accountant and/or qualified tax professional; Experienced in operating and developing tax governance and control frameworks; Experienced in the Senior Accounting Officer regime; Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills; Ability to make decisions independently and manage multiple conflicting priorities.
