We are seeking a talented Central Operations Executive to join our team at Amazon. As a Central Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the operational performance and ensuring the seamless publishing of content from our studio partners and content distributors to our platform.

About the Role

This role involves driving publishing improvements, developing key performance metrics, and owning industry-leading content launches and expansion initiatives into new markets.

You will also conduct analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction, acting as the general manager and owning an end-to-end digital supply chain on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Content Publishing Operations: Drive publishing improvements, develop key performance metrics, and own industry-leading content launches and expansion initiatives into new markets.
  2. Content Management and Innovation: Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction, and act as the general manager and own an end-to-end digital supply chain on Amazon.
  3. Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Liaise with internal teams such as partner ops management, content acquisition, vendor management, merchandising, engineering, content processing, legal, finance, and accounting, as well as external partners including marketing, rights management, IT, and engineering teams.
