We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scientific Administrator to join our Life Sciences department. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential administrative support to our scientific staff, ensuring efficient project coordination, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative assistance to the research and development team, including managing correspondence and maintaining project timelines.
- Organize, maintain, and update scientific documentation, including research reports, project proposals, regulatory submissions, and study data.
- Accurately input and manage scientific data, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of scientific projects, including tracking progress, managing project schedules, and ensuring key milestones are met.
- Administration/coordination experience within the Scientific industry.
- High level word processing and computing skills, with effective knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel.
- Competent literacy skills, high standard of written English.
