Logistics Operations Coordinator

Job Title: Service Delivery Advisor
Contract Details: Temporary to Permanent, Weekend shift Saturday & Sunday 08:00 - 17:00 = 17 hours / week
Industry: Logistics
Driving Required: No
Working Pattern: Weekend Shifts
A motivated and detail-oriented individual is required to ensure all loads are delivered within the correct times specified by customers and account managers. The successful candidate will play a vital role in monitoring each load, updating monitoring notes, assessing driver and vehicle availability, and alerting Customer Account Managers to any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring loads and updating monitoring notes
- Assessing driver and vehicle availability
- Alerting Customer Account Managers to any issues
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using IT systems
- Good knowledge of external systems such as Outlook and Excel
- Previous experience working within a transport setting
- Knowledge of UK/EU driving hours laws and restrictions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong planning and organisational skills
