**Job Title:** Special Education Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Special Education Support Worker to join our team at Reeson Education. As a Special Education Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex and profound learning disabilities.

The successful candidate will have experience working with students with varying levels of need, and will be able to provide individualized support to help them achieve their goals. You will work closely with the class teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans, and will be responsible for promoting independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion.

**Responsibilities:*

  • Provide one-on-one support to students with complex and profound learning disabilities
  • Work with class teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Promote independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion among students
  • Support students in accessing the curriculum and participating in learning activities

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working with students with complex and profound learning disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to promoting independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion among students

**Estimated Salary:** £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
