Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Developer Link is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our Health & Wellness Start-Up. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to support our company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms
  • Build and maintain a strong social media presence through influencer marketing and engagement
  • Oversee email marketing and PPC campaigns to drive growth and customer acquisition

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in launching or scaling brands through social media
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing
  • Proficiency in micro and macro influencer marketing
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
