Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Team Management: Build and lead a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and suppliers, to execute projects effectively.
  3. Design Management: Oversee the design process from RIBA stage 3 to RIBA stage 6.
  4. Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the construction process, adhering to industry regulations and company standards.
  5. Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  6. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  7. Schedule Management: Manage project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met, and projects are completed on time.
  8. Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  9. Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with regulations and building codes.
  10. Reporting: Report to the Construction Director.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a strong background in residential high-rise projects.
  3. Knowledge of construction management software and tools.

Please note that this role is office-based/on-site depending on your role.
