Executive Chef Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Chef to join our culinary team at Sanctuary Care. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef Manager in preparing high-quality meals for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Chef Manager in menu planning and preparation
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained
- Interact with residents, visitors, and colleagues in a friendly and approachable manner
- Hold a valid food hygiene certificate and have experience working in a catering environment
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.97 plus pay rate enhancement on certain shifts
- 31.5 hours available per week
