Key Responsibilities- Process customer quotes and orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Liaise with Distribution and Logistics Teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time
- Develop relationships with customers to build trust and increase order sizes and frequency
- Produce weekly and daily reports for Leadership team
- Manage monthly sell-through reports for major accounts
- Work with Purchasing Team to ensure accurate and efficient item creation on SAP
- Handle returns and credits efficiently with Warehouse and Finance teams
- Set up new customers on the system and ensure credit limits are applied
- Provide ad-hoc support to customers and Management
- Administration experience in a busy, professional environment
- Experience answering calls and assisting with customer inquiries
- Experience with invoicing and order processing
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Full proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Apple products and solutions
- Experience with SAP
