About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Gerrards Cross.

This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, work closely with clients and contribute to the continued success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and lease extensions.
• Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients on residential property matters.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Conduct due diligence including title checks, searches and drafting contracts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, delivering excellent customer service.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in handling a busy caseload of residential property files, or an experienced conveyancer with similar fee earning experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
• Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
