About the Role

Our Restructuring & Insolvency team offers a unique opportunity to work alongside accomplished professionals, delivering complex financial restructuring and insolvency solutions to various stakeholder groups. We work with major international financial institutions, private equity houses, global law firms, and corporates on cases encompassing a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior team managers in asset realisations and ongoing trading in insolvency
  • Support senior team members to keep businesses trading in insolvencies
  • Valuing and realising key assets for maximum value
  • Communication with senior management and board directors
  • Accounting, cashiering, and financial reporting responsibilities for insolvency cases
  • Case progression, including preparation of statutory documents and reports
  • Market and company analysis to identify restructuring advisory opportunities

Requirements

  • Interest and passion in insolvency and restructuring
  • Ability to think logically and work with numbers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisation, self-management, proactivity, and teamwork skills
  • Any degree discipline will be considered
  • Ambition to achieve a Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA)
