We are seeking a skilled Trailer Fitter to join our team at Additional Resources. As a leading provider of vehicle maintenance, we cater to diverse client needs and offer a range of exciting opportunities for experienced professionals.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring repairs are carried out according to depot procedures, completing job sheets as required, and adhering to all company Health and Safety standards. This role involves working primarily with trailers, with some involvement in trucks, handling MOT prep, servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure repairs are carried out according to depot procedures
  • Complete job sheets as required
  • Complete preventative maintenance
  • Adhere to all company Health and Safety standards
Requirements

We are looking for a Time served HGV or HGV Trailer Technician, Mechanic, or Fitter with NVQ / City & Guilds 1,- 3 Certificates or equivalent qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a technical background/experience in HGV Trailer repairs.
