We have an exciting opportunity for a New Car Sales Executive to join our team at The Solution Automotive Recruitment.

About the Role:

  • As a New Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for interacting with customers in the showroom, delivering a great customer experience, and ensuring their needs are understood.
  • You will make recommendations on products that meet their requirements and guide them through the sales process, providing advice and assistance with any queries they may have.
  • Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns, which can include weekends, to ensure they provide their customers with the highest possible levels of service.
  • We offer comprehensive training through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses to support your career.
  • A full and valid UK driving licence is also beneficial.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6pm

Saturday: 9am - 5pm

Sunday: 11am - 4pm

Weekend rota: 2 in 1 off and day off in the week

Salary:

£20k basic, £50k OTE and uncapped, plus usual benefits
