Job Title: Automotive Social Media Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Executive to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp®. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth for our clients.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented social media professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for creating and curating high-quality content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing engagement metrics to inform future strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our clients' goals and objectives.
  • Social Media Campaign Management: Manage and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Engagement and Community Building: Foster and maintain a strong online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and creating content that resonates with our audience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to inform future social media strategies and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Creative Copywriting: Strong written communication skills and the ability to craft compelling copy that resonates with our audience.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
