About the PositionWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated SEND Tutor to work with students in the Bideford area. As a SEND Tutor, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing tailored learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality 1:1 tuition sessions to students with SEND
- Assess student progress and adjust learning plans accordingly
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and expertise
- Attend regular meetings with parents and carers to discuss student progress
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience working with students with SEND
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
