Job Summary:

Adept Resourcing Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for implementing and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as deputy to the Group Quality Manager.
  • Support the maintenance and expansion of Quality Management System (QMS) approvals.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Technical departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and working instructions.
  • Conduct internal and external audits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Quality Professional/Engineer role, ideally in a steel or engineering environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO9001:2015, BS EN/AS 9100/9120, and/or Nadcap standards.
  • Previous experience in conducting audits and applying problem-solving techniques (e.g., Ishikawa, 5 Whys, 8D).

Qualifications:

  • Certification or Diploma in Quality Management or a related field.
  • Auditing qualifications.
  • English, Mathematics, and Science educational background.
  • Membership in the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) is preferred but not required.
