Job Title: Building Maintenance Surveyor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Surveyor to join our team within Client Services, Capital Investment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance and repair, with a focus on digital connectivity and ensuring building safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage small projects on site, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Conduct site inspections, report findings, and produce specifications and tenders.
  • Manage on-site consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to HND level or equivalent experience in building maintenance and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of building safety regulations and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
