Senior Attorney

Talent Finder seeks an experienced Solicitor to lead their Gosforth sub-office. As a key member of the team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and contribute to the firm's growth strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PQE and a proven track record in leading teams or building client relationships. You will work closely with the principal to develop business strategies and drive revenue growth.

Your responsibilities will include managing a diverse caseload, mentoring junior lawyers, and providing exceptional client service. You will also be expected to contribute to the firm's development through knowledge sharing and best practices.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive flexible working arrangements, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
