Join Our Team:

We are looking for a talented Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Design and Construct (D&C) teams in Birmingham. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering an expanding workload for our clients on several D&C frameworks throughout the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Civil Engineering, preferably graduating in 2025 or having graduated in the last 12-24 months. They will also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct design and development work on various projects, including wastewater and water networks, treatment facilities, and construction
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality results and meet project deadlines
  • Develop and implement design plans and strategies to ensure client satisfaction and project success
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

What We Offer:

  • A salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
