We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant when the Manager is not present, and will play a key part in promoting sales and increasing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Manage the restaurant during peak periods and ensure efficient service delivery
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
