About Your Role

This is a new leisure facility with an 8-lane swimming pool, 200-station gym, exercise studios, Clip 'n' climb, and a Costa Coffee. You'll assist the Costa Store Manager in catering operations, ensuring smooth and effective management. You'll maintain exceptional customer service standards and commercial objectives, while training and coaching Barista Maestros.

About You

You'll need proven people management skills, including planning, organisation, coaching, communication, delegation, and motivation. You'll hold required licences, such as driving and food safety, and have experience as a Barista Maestro or equivalent.
