As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll be responsible for providing leadership and direction to staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. You'll also collaborate with the Manager to maintain regulatory compliance and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home facility.
Excellence in Operations:

You'll supervise and train care staff on best practices, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care. You'll also maintain accurate records and foster continuous improvement by regularly evaluating care and implementing changes.
Commitment to Quality:
We're committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents, and we're looking for someone who shares our values. You'll need to have a proven track record in healthcare, with experience in dementia care or senior care. You'll also need to have sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices. A NVQ Level 3 or above in Leadership and Management in Adult Care is essential, as is fluency in English, both written and verbal. We prioritise candidates residing closest to our care homes to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.
