Commercial Development Lead

We are seeking a Commercial Development Lead to join our team at System Recruitment. As a Commercial Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, and identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sheet metal fabrication industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business development. They will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies.
This role offers a competitive salary of £45k - £50k per annum, a comprehensive benefits package, including car allowance and sales bonus. We are looking for someone who is passionate about business development and eager to contribute to our company's continued success.
