Job Summary

Active Personnel Recruitment LTD is seeking a skilled Van Driver to join our team in a logistics and transportation role. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and collecting flat pack furniture, as well as performing light multi-drop and handball tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and collect flat pack furniture to customers
  • Perform light multi-drop tasks, including delivering goods to multiple locations

  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results

Requirements

  • Valid car license
  • Previous van driving experience
  • Presentable and polite demeanor
  • Excellent customer service skills

Working Conditions

The Van Driver will work between 40-50 hours per week, with a start time of 06:00. The role is an 8-week temporary to permanent position, with an immediate start.

Compensation

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £12.82 per hour, paid through PAYE.
