Police Staff Investigator PIP Level 1 Position

We are seeking an experienced Police Staff Investigator to join our team in Hampshire and Isle of Wight. As a Police Staff Investigator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our front-line officers with a wide range of investigative activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Statement taking and securing
- Reviewing CCTV footage
- Suspect interviewing
- Offences Taken into Consideration (TIC's)
- Intelligence interviews
- File building and disclosure declarations
You will work closely with our Criminal Investigation Departments and current investigators to deal with serious and complex crimes.
About YouWe are looking for individuals with proven experience in an investigatory role, ideally with a working knowledge and experience of Criminal Law and Criminal Justice procedures.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Qualified to PIP 1 or 2 or equivalent
- Experienced Detective or Police Constable, Detective or Police Sergeant, Detective or Police Inspector and upwards, Police Staff Investigator or Civilian Investigator
