Global Governance and Experience Model Labeller

We are seeking an experienced Model Labeller to join our Global Governance and Experience team.
This role involves managing model labelling requests, creating SOPs, conducting training and calibration with BPO partners, monitoring agent and QA accuracy, and identifying risks through data analysis.
As a key member of our Moderation Model Strategy team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality model data annotation, working closely with algorithm and policy teams, and collaborating with the global resource management team to manage specific markets' BPO performance.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, at least 2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst for Trust & Safety operations, strong project management experience, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year
