About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Estée Lauder. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a personalized experience for each customer, and showcasing our market-leading products across makeup, skincare, and fragrance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, educating and delighting customers with our products and services.
  • Combine creative and technical expertise to create a unique and personalized experience for each customer.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high standards of visual merchandising and create impact with in-store events.
  • Ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires, and delights them.
