We are seeking a reliable and skilled Class 1 Driver to join our team at 24-7 Recruitment Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Class 1 (LGV C+E) vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and report any defects or issues.
  • Transport goods to designated locations as per delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Load and unload goods, ensuring they are safely secured and handled with care.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle logs, providing transparent and reliable documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with the transport team regarding any delays or issues, promoting a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 1 (LGV C+E) driving license.
  • CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) and Digital Tachograph card.
  • Previous experience as a Class 1 Driver is preferred, but not essential.
  • Good understanding of UK road regulations and a strong commitment to road safety.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Pay: £16.00 per hour

Duration: Temporary (2 Days)
