About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Fundraising Lead to join our team at The Charity for Civil Servants. As a key member of our Fundraising department, you will play a pivotal role in engaging, coaching, and encouraging our supporters to add value to their relationship with the Charity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement successful end-to-end product design and delivery, including our flagship digital participation events, Mega Miles Challenge and Festive Jumper Day.
  • Identify and implement strategic, data and insight-led improvements, new product opportunities, and innovation for growth.
  • Lead and co-ordinate the delivery of community fundraising activity, and product development processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including supporters, donors, and partners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Expertise in relationship building and a passion for engaging and mobilising communities and audiences.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and co-ordinating the delivery of community fundraising activity, and product development processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
