The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting various projects, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and providing exceptional service to clients. Key responsibilities include:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting projects to ensure compliance with building regulations;
  • Providing high-quality service to clients;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals;
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in building regulations and industry standards.
Compensation and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include local work opportunities, mileage reimbursement, a bonus scheme, regular salary reviews, access to a comprehensive pension scheme, 35 days holiday entitlement per annum, and a career development pathway.
