Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our small team of 5 at STORMX RECRUITMENT LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage and load all new projects onto the CRM, ensuring timely updates and task assignments.
- Order Processing: Raise orders, purchase orders, and packing lists, and update shipping status to ensure seamless logistics.
- Customer Service: Handle service enquiries, produce risk assessments and method statements, and liaise with suppliers for parts.
- Reporting: Produce reports as required by clients and ensure all KPIs are met.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM software
