About the Position:

• Salary: £49,500 - £52,000 per annum
• Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off days and nights

Key Responsibilities: As an Electrical and Mechanical Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing productivity. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of maintenance strategies to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Multi-skilled with electrical or mechanical bias (60/40 either way)
• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or forces environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
