Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psihcology Graduate to fill a Teaching Assistant role in our educational support team. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to children with SEND or SEMH needs, enabling them to reach their full potential.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality support services, working closely with the SENCO, senior management team, and other professionals to develop and implement individualised support plans. You will also be responsible for assisting with classroom activities, behaviour management, and break times.

Requirements:

  • Psihcology Graduate degree
  • Desirable experience in CAMHS or child mental health services
