Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our Haematology team at London Bridge Hospital. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent patient outcomes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in haematology and oncology. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with haematological malignancies and other blood disorders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Participate in education and training programs to maintain and develop your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient working environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Current registration with the NMC
  • Experience working in a haematology or oncology setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
