Teacher Aide

We are seeking a Teacher Aide to join our team at beBee Professionals in Walthamstow, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students and teachers in a classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies.
• Provide feedback to the teaching staff on the progress of students.
• Support students with their learning when necessary.
• Ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
• Assist with administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a school environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
• Patience and a positive attitude toward supporting students.
• Flexibility to work on short notice when required.
• A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to obtain one.
