We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our finance test team, you will play a critical role in driving quality engineering and transformation within our organization.
About the Role:
The Senior Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for leading the project test team, managing, coaching, and motivating the test team to ensure resources are available to deliver project outcomes. You will create the test strategy, driving optimization, efficiency, automation, reviewing, and approving test documentation, including Test Scope, Test Scenarios, and Test Completion Reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement system development life cycle methodologies, implementing QE metrics, delivering efficiency, automation, and quality improvements.
- Experience setting QE standards and patterns, implementing best practices, asset libraries, test data, and tooling strategies.
- Functional and non-functional experience, including performance, security, and accessibility testing.
- Define and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies as they relate to QE standards and patterns.
- Establish positive stakeholder and QE industry relationships by connecting through collaboration inside and outside of Aviva.

- Starting salary between £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on Location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
