Job Title: Highway Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Highway Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Clarkson Owens Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, investigating, and analyzing technical, contractual, and commercial issues arising from Supplier contracts. They will also coordinate the Unit team to ensure successful delivery of services, review MTCE, System Auditor, and Site Technician deliverables, and ensure quality of reporting and communication, internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and investigate technical, contractual, and commercial issues arising from Supplier contracts
• Coordinate Unit team to ensure successful delivery of services
• Review MTCE, System Auditor, and Site Technician deliverables
• Ensure quality of reporting and communication, internally and externally
• Work with team to produce the monthly programmes and ensure content and focus is correct
• Discuss with team individual Unit performance, establish patterns, identify areas of concern and potential mitigations, address any ad-hoc issues
• Prepare Monthly Reports ensuring quality
• Contribute to Annual Report
• Winter and Incident Response Reports
• Attend OC programming meeting, include commentary in MPR on quality of OC planning and programming
• Attend Progress Meeting
• Attend Pre Progress meeting Catch up with OC
• Attend Design Meetings with OC
• OC procedure/plan reviews
• Review OC performance in relation to the Employers Risk Register

Requirements:

• Must be commutable to Glasgow
• Must be able to work in the office 3 days and 2 days at home
• Must be able to alter working hours depending on level
