Job Description
We are seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at a wonderful all-age school in Barnet. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a comprehensive support system for pupils with special educational needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils with special educational needs
- Assist in lesson delivery by helping teachers plan and deliver engaging lessons
- Collaborate with professionals to create a comprehensive support system
- Promote positive behavior through the use of positive reinforcement and restorative practices

Requirements
- Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
- Relevant qualifications and experience in supporting children with special educational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
