Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Surveyor to lead our Intrusive Inspection Programme at Reed Property & Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling the programme in line with PAS9980, coordinating with consultants and contractors to ensure effective delivery, meeting KPIs, and completing works on time, within budget, and to the agreed standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Intrusive Inspection Programme, ensuring compliance with PAS9980
• Manage relationships with consultants and contractors to deliver the programme effectively
• Ensure strong coordination across the organisation and communicate with all stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and residents
• Coordinate all elements of the intrusive programme to ensure successful delivery of inspections
• Monitor and report on the progress of the programme, including KPIs and budget management

Requirements

• Degree qualified in a related field; APM (PMQ) qualification is desirable
• At least five years of proven track record delivering complex multi-tenure schemes or remedial works on time and budget
• Membership or working towards membership of a professional body, such as RICS, MCIOB, APM
• Experienced as a Senior Surveyor, site supervisor, site manager, or project manager with a history of leading multiple teams
• Strong working knowledge of statutory and regulatory obligations relating to the delivery of intrusive inspections
