Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our UK sales team at Renewable Exchange. As a key player in expanding our client base, you will be responsible for connecting with new renewable energy generators and introducing them to the strength of our platform. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your business development skills and passion for sustainability to drive the transition to net-zero.
**Estimated Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Job Description:**
- We are looking for a relationship-focused Business Development Manager with strong commercial acumen to deliver outstanding results for clients and exceed sales targets.
- You will take full ownership of your business development pipeline, identifying, targeting, and acquiring new owners of renewable energy projects to support them in optimising the sale of their renewable electricity.
- As a key member of our UK sales team, you will build strong, genuine client relationships through phone, in-person meetings, and networking at industry events.
- An excellent communicator with experience of pitching to company directors or equivalent, you will confidently present complex data sets to deliver high-level insights and analytics to key clients.
- You will also have a proven track record of 2+ years in business development, with a passion for sustainability and accelerating the journey to net-zero.
