We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Manufacturing Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Segula Technologies. The successful candidate will oversee and lead various automotive manufacturing projects from inception through completion, ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams, timely project delivery, and adherence to budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, to drive the successful delivery of high-quality automotive products.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, production, quality, procurement, and supply chain teams, to ensure project goals are met.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and manage cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or timelines.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines, costs, and quality.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Supplier and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices in project management and automotive manufacturing.
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex automotive projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
Segula Technologies offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a permanent contract or initial 12-month fixed-term contract with the likelihood of extension. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team and have opportunities for professional growth and development.
