About the Role:
We are seeking an inspirational Assistant General Manager to join our team at SSP. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the highest standards of brand quality and safety for our customers and team.
- Mentor and train the team to grow and excel.
- Communicate effectively and clearly with the team and stakeholders.
- Be adaptable and resilient in any situation.
