Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests and managing food service in an Executive Suite with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience by being friendly, welcoming, and efficient.
  • Serve guests in a clean and safe work environment, ensuring a high level of service quality.
  • Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items.
  • Manage a team of casual food and drink assistants to a high standard, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Complete all necessary briefing and Health and Safety paperwork at the end of service.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Being friendly yet professional, with a strong ability to build rapport with guests and team members.
  • Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism in a constructive manner.
  • Good attention to detail and punctuality to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Being proactive and taking initiative to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Experience within a hospitality, catering, or bar setting, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
