About Us:
Taunton Deane West Primary Care Network is an NHS collaboration between three GP Practices: Wellington Medical Centre, Luson Surgery, and Lister House Partnership. Our teams work closely together to share expertise and resources, developing new services to improve patient care.
Your Role:
As a Primary Care Network GP, you will work with our Personalised Care Team, Proactive Care Team, and Enhanced Health in Care Homes to provide holistic care to our patients. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians program.
Benefits:
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and a Disclosure check will be required.
