We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Sales Representative to join our team at John Francis Estate Agency in Aberystwyth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and book valuations for properties
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
- Progress sales through to exchange and completion
- Optimise opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
Requirements:
- Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success
- Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
